SONIC Drive-In, operated by KBP Drive-In, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will own performance metrics, recruit and coach leaders, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience while steering the store toward above-store leadership opportunities.

You’ll manage labor, inventory, cash controls, and security, while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering strong restaurant results.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with standing, walking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
