KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at a Sonic Drive-In franchise location. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Lead recruitment, training, inventory management, and cash controls to ensure quality, safety, and a great guest experience. Excellent growth opportunities within KBP Brands are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk for whole shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Complete inventory counts and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Ensure quality product and a friendly guest experience.
