KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high‑performing team and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, manage inventory and labor, and ensure financial controls and quality standards are met. This role emphasizes growth within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and rewards performance with a quarterly bonus and career progression opportunities.

Formación

• Experience as a Restaurant GM or equivalent with P&L responsibility.
• Quick service or retail leadership preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
