SONIC Drive-In through KBP Drive-In invites you to lead as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will own restaurant performance, develop leaders, and drive a friendly, quality-first guest experience while building a path toward above-store leadership.

You will recruit and coach a diverse team, manage labor and costs, and ensure strong daily results. This role offers recognition, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 1+ year RG Manager experience with P&L responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in active restaurant environment

Responsabilidades

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food
