Job summary

SONIC Drive-In, part of KBP Drive-In, seeks a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced food-service environment. You will own restaurant performance, build a strong leadership team, coach staff, manage inventory counts, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Position requires at least 1 year of RGM experience with P&L responsibility, quick-service experience preferred, and ability to close the restaurant two nights per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility
• Quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food
