Sonic Drive-In at KBP Drive-In seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop a capable leadership team. You’ll ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining high food quality in a busy environment.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and safeguard guest experience. This role offers recognition, leadership development, and bonus opportunities in a dynamic, growing franchise.

Qualificações

• 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsabilidades

• Own restaurant performance and profitability, managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and AGMs.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to control costs.
