Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Sahuarita, AZ to lead store operations, champion MOD culture, and drive profitability. You will coach the Squad, manage inventory and staffing, and ensure food safety and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and accountability.

The role emphasizes engagement, community relations, and scalable processes to sustain growth while delivering an excellent MOD experience for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
• Proven success training, developing, and leading teams.
• Experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in food service.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive best possible business results.
• Provide leadership to the Squad; support Store Coach and Shift Captains.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans.
• Engage Squad to solve problems and achieve store goals.
• Recruit and retain staffing to maintain operations and service levels.
• Build community relationships and manage inventory, cash, and safety.
