Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a MOD store with strong people skills and business acumen. You will drive performance, coach the Squad, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability.

You will oversee operations, manage inventory and staff, and uphold MOD standards across service, hospitality, and safety. This role requires a passion for people and a proven track record in restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Demonstrated ownership of business results and leadership of teams.
• Proven track record in training and developing staff.
• Experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in food service.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive results.
• Lead the Squad, Store Coach, and Shift Captains through coaching and development.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and execute action plans.
• Engage Squad to solve problems and meet store goals.
• Maintain staffing through proactive recruitment and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety across the store.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
