Job summary

MOD Pizza General Manager leads the restaurant and a squad to deliver the MOD commitment to guests, balancing profitability with an exceptional guest experience. This role requires genuine love for people, business savvy, and accountability across operations.

You will spend time coaching the team, managing admin work, and developing community engagement plans, while ensuring financial performance and adherence to MOD standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading restaurant leaders
• Experience implementing training and staffing programs
• Strong business acumen and ability to read financials
• Experience with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing support teams
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certifications within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the squad and develop leadership capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and develop action plans
• Own restaurant staffing and talent pipelines, interview support
• Follow policies and timelines for employee processing and compliance documentação
• Utilize MOD training plans to onboard and progress staff
• Be a community engagement ambassador and drive fundraising and catering
• Plan staffing and schedules using forecasts and labor model
• Maintain loss prevention and asset protection procedures
• Manage squad performance with feedback and accountability
• Oversee ordering and inventory to meet targets
• Read internal communications and act on initiatives
• Build relationships with vendors and facilities team
