Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Experience in recruiting top talent and training staff.
• Adaptable to change and experienced in change management.
• Adheres to Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop training plans and mentor as well as oversee training initiatives.
• Recognize and reward performance; maintain equity and inclusion.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to optimize service; coach on brand standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
