• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to manage P&L, cash control, inventory and labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members with a culture of equity and inclusion.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor practices.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
