Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train top crew, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll set the standard, guide promotions, and empower your team to build successful careers while upholding KFC brand standards.

You’ll manage training, scheduling, budgeting, and performance, while remaining focused on equity, inclusion, and strong financial results, as well as customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop training plans and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers and foster equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff, coach on brand standards, and oversee product rollouts.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and strive to exceed their standards in digital presence and loyalty.
