Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong people-management track record.
• Proven ability to improve performance using P&L analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience recruiting and training both high- and under-performing employees.
• Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Advocates for equity, inclusion and belonging in teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop and mentor training plans for managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers regularly.
• Resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and support brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
