Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and 15–30 employees depending on location.
• Oversees hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees.
• Provides on-the-job training and coaching for new employees.
• Manages ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of supplies to minimize loss.
• Assists in supervision and service of food and maintains quality standards.
• Forecasts food items by estimating consumption per shift.
• Ensures 100% integrity in systems, procedures, and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Controls inventory and conducts inventory ordering schedules.
• Conducts weekly manager meetings and audits procedures.
• Manages deposits and cash drawers during shifts.
