Arby's, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and improve profitability.

You will manage cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting while coaching a team to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced setting. The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, willingness to close two nights weekly, and the physical ability to work long shifts

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with quality products.
