• Proven ability to manage guest services, food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies and procedures.
