DG Smith Enterprises, Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a high‑performing team.

You will hire and develop staff, plan training, manage scheduling and budgets, and address customer issues to provide consistent, friendly service and quality food.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of supervisory food service or retail experience with P&L responsibility, strong leadership, and safety focus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to develop people.
• Must be at least 21 years old; pass background check; reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, schedule, and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training planning.
• Lead restaurant operations to deliver great food and friendly guest service.
• Manage budgets and financial plans; monitor costs and performance.
• Address customer issues and resolve escalations to ensure satisfaction.
