Job summary

Applebee's in Stillwater, OK is seeking a General Manager who will lead the restaurant's strategic and operational efforts to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. The GM will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food safety and brand standards, and mentor a strong management team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role requires at least 2 years of current casual dining leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor's preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure a positive guest experience and profitability.
• Attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
