Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and people management at the location. The GM reports to the Area Director and aligns with the TSFR Roadmap, core values, and training programs.

The role requires prior AGM or unit GM experience with a similar organization and completion of Apple II Management training. Responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, staff development, and community

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proven track record in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational and financial performance within the location.
• Lead and develop Managers and hourly TEAM Members.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security programs; manage budgets and expenses.
• Coach and evaluate TEAM performance; conduct regular reviews and staffing decisions.
• Lead management team meetings; communicate updates and policies daily.
• Drive community involvement and promotions to grow sales.
