Applebee's in Stillwater, OK is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple company restaurants. You will drive sales and profitability through strong financial management, leadership, and support to Restaurant General Managers to ensure effective operation.

The role requires a minimum of four years’ district management in QSR, plus success supervising GM's for four to ten units. Excellent communication, OSHA/EEOC knowledge, and proficiency with Word and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of district management experience in the QSR industry
• Experience supervising GMs for 4–10 units
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws
• Experience developing creative sales-building strategies for company restaurants
• Proven success in financial management and people development
• Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform all restaurant positions' duties
