Job summary

Applebee’s is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive a positive guest experience while achieving company profitability. You will direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by guiding managers and team members.

The role requires 2+ years of foodservice management experience, with QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure guest experience and profitability.
• Attain sales and profit objectives and maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Direct and supervise managers and team members to drive performance and growth.
