The Taco Bell Corp. franchise opportunity seeks a strong General Manager who will lead the restaurant team to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience. You will hire, onboard, and develop staff, design training plans, and ensure proper scheduling across shifts to maintain high performance.

You will also manage performance, resolve customer issues, and oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans, with a focus on consistent results and a positive work culture.

Competenze

• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass background and drug tests.
