Georgia Foods / A&D of Greensboro – Independently Owned and Operated Franchise is seeking a dependable Bojangles Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our Bojangles restaurants. You will support the General Manager, drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive team culture.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership in restaurant or food service, strong communication, and the ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.
• Ability to lead and motivate in a high-energy environment.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Help manage scheduling, labor controls, and team productivity
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times
• Step into a leadership role in the GM’s absence, making sound operational decisions
• Handle guest issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction
• Contribute to team accountability, morale, and goal achievement
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
