Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States (Florida) who will oversee all activities of a single restaurant location. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure guest satisfaction in a clean, safe environment.

The RGM will direct an Assistant RGM and/or Shift Leader, train staff, monitor performance, and enforce company policies while recruiting and developing team members for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Candidates should be able to train and develop team members while maintaining service standards.
• Knowledge of labor cost reporting and P&L concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage budgets, control costs to budget or better, and enforce company policies.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints using the listen-apologize-satisfy-thank model.
• Ensure legal compliance, inventory management, and safe, clean restaurant operations.
