Qualifications

Must complete all training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

Creates a service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
Communicates and follows up with guests to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Resolves guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
Ensures calls are handled promptly and professionally.
Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
Provides regular feedback and identifies areas for improvement.
Works with direct reports to cross-train and develop new skills.
Maintains a positive work environment and ensures safety and compliance.
