Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a single location. The RGM will drive a high-quality, value-oriented dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

You will lead all business activities for one restaurant, focusing on guest satisfaction, sales goals, and cost control. Responsibilities include creating a service-focused store culture, addressing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and supervising and developing team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent guest service skills and the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong understanding of budgets, labor costs and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicate with guests for feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly using the listen, apologize, satisfy, and thank approach.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Direct and conduct regular staff training and provide feedback for improvement.
• Cross-train team members and develop new skills.
• Foster a positive work environment with rewards for performance.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and inventory control.
• Oversee routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports and perform other duties as assigned.
