Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the entire restaurant.
• Hire, train and develop team members; conduct new hire orientation.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team effectively; address performance issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead with strong communication and a positive attitude to drive results.
