KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced KFC franchise location. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and mentor a diverse team to deliver quality food and outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts on a biweekly basis.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and provide a positive guest experience.
