KBP Foods, the KFC partner, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy location, overseeing operations, labor, inventory, cash controls, and guest experience to drive profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
