KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced KFC environment. You will drive profitability, oversee staffing, inventory, and financials, and mentor frontline staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures.
• Monitor inventory and labor.
• Review financial reports and take action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
