Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year as Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk during shifts

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and deliver a friendly guest experience.
