Rackson Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in North Olmsted, OH to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff and financial performance. This on-site role reports to the Area Coach and requires hands-on leadership to optimize profitability and growth.

The GM will recruit, train, and develop team members, ensure brand standards and food safety, and collaborate with the above-store team to execute the business plan.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish helpful.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager / General Manager with P&L experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor law compliance.
• Manages staffing levels, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management positions.
• Treats employees with respect and holds them accountable for service and food quality.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness and food safety adherence.
• Analyzes performance, identifies trends, and implements action plans for sales growth.
• Leads shift operations with focus on cost control and teamwork.
