Zaxby’s is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Fort Mill, SC. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize staffing, and oversee financial performance while building a positive culture and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
