Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability: minimum 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• 3–5 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the team to foster a positive culture and high morale.
• Oversee staffing, interviewing, hiring, retention, and top-performer recognition.
• Drive sales, manage labor costs, and uphold operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Review performance metrics and implement improvements to profitability and guest experience.
• Perform performance reviews and mentor managers and crew.
