Zaxbys is expanding in Batesburg-Leesville, SC, and the General Manager will guide daily operations, lead staffing, and develop high-performing teams to deliver great guest experiences.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive culture. Competitive pay with bonus potential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, and cost management.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently upheld and guest experiences are excellent.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments; communicate expectations and adjust as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top performers.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
