Zaxbys is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in South Carolina. You will coach and develop a team, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive sales while controlling costs to uphold brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on guest experiences. Competitive pay includes quarterly bonus potential and benefits, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, sales, costs, and standards.
