Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding and seeking a General Manager to guide daily operations, develop the team, and drive guest satisfaction in Dillon, SC. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and profitability while upholding Zaxby’s standards and brand experience.

As a leader you will implement action plans, monitor performance metrics, ensure food safety, manage costs, and foster a positive culture that motivates team members to excel and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle report clear.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and cooperative attitude.
• Some college preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to maintain high morale.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and cost control.
• Develop action plans aligned with company goals.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure safety, food quality, and guest experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability.
• Maintain compliance with policies and laws.
• Complete performance reviews for crew and managers.
• Review schedules and delegate shifts.
