Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• 1–3 years of management experience required
• Restaurant management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet standards
• Develop and coach team members and conduct performance reviews
• Create and manage staff schedules per company policy and local laws
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with franchising guidelines and local laws
• Communicate with General Manager and District Manager on issues
• Maintain a positive culture and drive team morale
• Handle guest and team member concerns professionally
