Job summary

Zax LLC in Newberry, SC is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guide a high-performing team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, coach employees, control costs, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving sales growth. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work minimum 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check and MVR required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a positive culture and high morale.
• Source, interview, hire, and develop staff; recognize top performers.
• Plan shifts and scheduling to control labor costs and drive sales.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Drive profitability while upholding policies and safety guidelines.
• Complete performance reviews and support manager evaluations.
