KBP Brands, a leading restaurant group, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager. You will lead a KFC restaurant, drive profitability, recruit and train staff, manage inventory and labor, and ensure a superior guest experience.

The role emphasizes growth opportunities within a nationwide franchise network and a strong benefits package. The position requires at least 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and the ability to close the restaurant two nights weekly.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Mansioni

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant and ensure guests have a positive experience.
