Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will drive service excellence, maintain food safety standards, and ensure efficient staffing in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will work closely with crew and management to uphold PIRATE values, motivate staff, and improve profitability through effective operations and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 months’ experience as a Shift Manager.
• Available to work the required minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation and availability for nights and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Guarantees 100% satisfaction for every LJS guest.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly using BAM! to ensure guest happiness.
• Inspires and motivates Crew Members and management to exceed performance expectations.
• Leads team in collecting and acting on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback.
• Ensures optimal staffing levels to meet guest service needs.
• Maintains food safety, quality, and proper storage of ingredients.
