Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, and team development in partnership with District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; set performance expectations and reviews.
• Maintain service standards and customer care while handling issues gracefully.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and health compliance, and conduct regular inspections.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure food quality and safety.
• Drive store performance toward company goals and value creation.
