Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant.
• Monitor and maintain inventory pars with the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and enforce policies.
• Oversee reservations and coordinate with the Assistant Manager.
• Coach and support staff; manage closing procedures and till reconciliation.
