The role requires working weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays as needed, with responsibilities including inventory control, supervising staff, managing reservations, and ensuring policies

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate courteous leadership and excellent customer service.
• Willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean work environment and professional conduct.
• Supervise day-to-day events of the boutique and restaurant.
• Record deliveries and address any errors.
• Coach and support new and existing staff members.
• Oversee till closing and restaurant operations.
• Coordinate reservations with the Assistant Manager.
• Maintain temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and guidelines.
