AES Restaurants hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Mount Vernon location. You will create a positive work environment and dining experience, coaching and developing a team while ensuring safety, quality and guest satisfaction.

As the leader, you will drive staffing, training, scheduling and performance through AES systems, aiming for operational excellence and financial results. Join a goal-oriented company that values people and results.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
