AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a top guest experience at our locations. You will uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards while supporting the General Manager to drive performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and on-the-floor execution in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within the AES system and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
