Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive guest satisfaction while managing P&L, inventory, and schedules. This role emphasizes safety, training, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide staff development, ensure consistent service quality, and uphold company policies, working closely with leadership to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, with accurate projections and schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
