Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will hire, train, coach the team, manage cash and inventory controls, and help set goals for service, operations and financial results, while maintaining high standards and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
