Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service; train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations.
• Develops and maintains an acceptable level of sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs; analyze P&L and take corrective action; manage inventory.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust labor to changes in sales volume.
• Manage cash control; make bank deposits; follow cash handling procedures.
• Report accidents; minimize workers’ compensation; maintain safe work environment; health department compliance.
• Hire and promote; track applicants; process payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews; document discipline; maintain personnel files.
• Post federal and state posters; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize preventive maintenance; ensure building/equipment upkeep.
• Attend district meetings for planning and policy review.
• Perform all administrative paperwork as required.
