Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Manager with a strong grasp of sales, profits and guest satisfaction. You will work with management to preserve a strategic vision for the restaurant while cultivating a culture that drives superb execution of food and service by the staff.

You’ll be involved in hiring, training and retaining staff, coaching and motivating a diverse team. A minimum of 1 year as shift lead or manager in full-service, casual dining or quick service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in full-service, casual dining or quick service restaurant.
• Experience in hiring, training and retaining employees.
• Ability to coach, direct and motivate a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate and train staff.
